• get_matrix_skill loads the canonical skill through the connected MCP.
• get_matrix_profile, save_matrix_profile, and reset_matrix_profile manage formatting configuration.
• get_matrix_memory and save_matrix_memory manage durable account memory when enabled.
• cut_card submits a public source and requested proof role for a source-faithful evidence card.
• get_card_cut retrieves the terminal receipt for an admitted job.
• render_debate_document builds and returns the final debate artifact.
