Matrix counts completed cards, not prompts, tokens, or time. Failed jobs release their reserved usage and are not charged.
Plan allowances
| Plan | Included cards | Active jobs |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Credits only | 5 credit-funded |
| Pro | 300 per rolling week | 2 |
| Ultra | 500 per rolling week total | 5 |
| Teams member | 300 per rolling week | 2 |
When the week starts
Your rolling week begins when Matrix accepts your first plan-funded card request. It resets exactly 168 hours later—not on Monday or at the start of a billing period. The dashboard and structured agent error both show the exact reset time in your account timezone.
Plan changes
Upgrading, downgrading, or joining a team does not restart the current rolling window. Limits do not stack. An Ultra upgrade increases the current window’s total limit to 500; a later Pro downgrade can leave no remaining included cards until the existing window resets.
Concurrency
Concurrency counts active card jobs. Matrix’s normal multi-card workflow cuts evidence sequentially, so an ordinary batch occupies one slot at a time. Parallel requests from one or more agents occupy separate slots. Credits may bypass a Pro/Teams two-job cap only when you explicitly authorize paid overflow for that request.
