Credits and auto top-up

Matrix credits support pay-as-you-go cards on Basic and additional usage after a paid plan’s weekly allowance is exhausted. Each successfully completed credit-funded card costs $0.09.

Adding credits

Add between $10 and $500 from the dashboard. Payment is completed inside Matrix through Stripe’s secure embedded payment components. Matrix does not receive your full card number.

How credits are used

• Included plan usage is reserved first when it is available.
• After the weekly allowance is exhausted, Matrix automatically uses credits.
• Failed jobs release the reservation and do not reduce your balance.
• Credit-funded work has a five-active-job limit.
• Matrix never spends credits merely to bypass Pro/Teams concurrency unless the request explicitly permits paid overflow.

Auto top-up

Save a payment method, choose a trigger balance, and choose a target balance. Automatic charges are at least $10 and at most $500. Matrix permits only one pending top-up at a time. A decline or additional-authentication requirement pauses auto top-up until you resolve it.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks are recorded as separate ledger corrections. Matrix does not silently rewrite historical transactions.
